Description

Silver Needle is one of the most famous teas in China and is characterized by its unique needle like appearance covered with small white hair on the bud. It is picked in early spring for a few days out of the whole year and only the buds are plucked. This tea has a clean delicate tastes with a flowery aroma. It is a white tea and speculation is that white tea could be the healthiest of all the teas available, because of the rich antioxidants and other minerals that brings an abundance of health benefits. 

Temperature: 165F, Heated; Use: 2 tablespoon per 6 ounces of water; Infusion time: 3 – 4 minutes.
