Masala Chai is a beverage popular in India, that is a mix of black tea and various spices. This particular tea is mixed with Ceylon black tea, cinnamon, ginger, and cardamon.

How to make Chai latte (2 servings):
1) Boil 20oz of water in a pot
2) Place 2 table spoon of Masala Chai tea and boil for 5 minutes (for stronger taste)*
3) Steam, froth, foam or boil 4oz of milk*
4) Strain liquid from tea and place it in 2 cups
5) Add Steam, froth, foam or heat milk to each cup
6) Add sugar*
*amount of tea, boiling time, amount of milk and sugar can be adjusted based on your own preference.
