Herbal teas are a soothing and refreshing substitute to the herbal capsules and tablets that we purchase over the counter. So whichever herbs we take for certain benefits, we would take their herbal tea versions for the same remedial purpose. However, there are only a few herbs that are sole ingredients in herbal tea form. Herbs are usually combined with others that have the same purpose as they do (e.g. Astragalus an Echinacea for a healthy immune system), and many times this is done to add more flavor to the popular herbal ingredient that may not have tasted as good on its own. Herbal teas sometimes combine herbs with green tea or other popular teas to address this taste issue, or sometimes a pinch of sweeter is used.

Our line of floral and herbal tea is full of variety, that you will find the tea that fits your mood. Our blend herbal tea offers soothing aroma to comfort your soul and being caffeine-free it relaxes your body with a warm, calming and delicious taste.

Try It: Green tea Polyphenols, potent plant antioxidants, are what’s believed to give green tea its immune-boosting effects. One laboratory study suggested that a particular type of polyphenols called catechins may kill influenza viruses. To maximize benefits and minimize bitterness, use just-below-boiling water and steep green tea no more than a minute or two. A little lemon and honey can also help blunt the bitterness. But don’t add milk, because the proteins will bind to the polyphenols, making them ineffective.
