Noted by its half bowled shape, unconventional versus "normal" loose leaf tea, this green pu erh is from Yunan, China. The tea is created by being steamed and then compressed into a half bowled shape. The tastes of the tea is smooth in texture and bold in tastes and characteristic of all Pu-erh teas it is similar to red wine where the longer you store it, the better it becomes with age.

Temperature: 190F Boiling first then let water sit for 1 min; Use: 5-6 gram piece per 8 - 12 ounces; Infusion Time: 4-5 minutes.
