Cold Summit Oolong Teabag (Dong Ting) |

This teabag is made from Cold Summit Oolong tea, otherwise known as "Dong Ting" oolong tea from TaiWan. It is know amoung tea drinkers as one of the highest quality Oolong tea. The triangular shape of this teabag allows the tea inside the bag to expand to maximize flavor. Directions for the perfect cup of tea: Pour hot water (90C-95C)in a cup(6oz) and put a teabag in it. Steep for a half minute. Move the teabag up and down slowly for 5 to 6 times for the perfect infusion. Then remove the teabag. If you steep over a minute, the taste will get bitter.
