This Premium Black tea is from Yunnan, a Southern province in China. It is one of the top local black teas known for it's smooth bold taste. Due to the higher amounts of caffeine it is a good morning or afternoon tea and will also make a delicious tea latte.

Temperature: 212F, Boiling; Use: 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces of water; Infusion time: 5-6 minutes.

How to make Black tea latte (2 servings):
1) Boil 20oz of water in a pot
2) Place 2 tablespoon of Premium Black Tea and boil for 5 minutes (for stronger taste)*
3) Steam, froth, foam or boil 4oz of milk*
4) Strain liquid from tea and place it in 2 cups
5) Add Steam, froth, foam or boil milk to each cup
6) Add sugar*
*amount of tea, boiling time, amount of milk and sugar can be adjusted based on your own preference.
