Chinese Black Tea
Chinese black tea is known for its powerful antioxidants, which help fight cancer-forming free radicals in the body. This type of brew is known to the Chinese as "Congous" (from the term Kung Fu.) Regional varieties are known for their reddish leaves and the burnt finish to the liquid after steeping.
